Claims don't happen just between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. The G&S owners, agents and support staff are available by cell phone, email and fax after hours, on weekends and holidays.

G&S provides each client with a free website. Your site will be customized with your logo and contact information. Your staff will be able to attach board minute, budget information, photos, newsletters, etc. for viewing by your unit owners as easily as they attach documents to email. You control the login for your unit owners and we'll provide one-on-one training to your staff.
We specialize in commercial accounts
In the event of a storm, all agency personnel are available to handle the needs of the commercial accounts; we’re not bogged down with hundreds of homeowners’ claims.

Especially condo and habitational markets, insurance coverages and carriers. The market is always changing and evolving G&S keeps their clients abreast of changes through The Five Minute Update quarterly E-Newsletter.
We're prepared
In the event of a disaster you count on your agent to be available. We've taken that responsibility very seriously. Our agency has a web-based management system and electronic files which are easily accessible by all personnel whether they are in the field or in the office. The office has a Guardian Generator with 500 gallon tank to ensure the agency can operate for 2 week if the electricity is not available. We also have our own Disaster Response Team - two self-contained travel trailers and are able to relocate to affected areas (if needed) once a storm has passed. The mobile offices contain laptops, computers, printers, scanners, fax machines and cell phones along with all the tools necessary to assist customers with claims following a storm. In addition, all agency staff members have four-wheel drive vehicles to make post-storm travel safer and easier.
